Priceless Signature – Return & Refund Policy

At Priceless Signature, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery or pickup date, provided that the item:

  • Is unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • Is returned in its original packaging.

  • Has all tags and accessories (if applicable).

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return before sending any item back.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Earrings

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the item and your order number. We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items of equal or greater value within 14 days, subject to product availability. Any price difference must be paid before the replacement item is shipped.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
